Katia Bonga

Katia is Manager for Redefining Value, based in the WBCSD Singapore office. She is currently leading the business engagement of 54 food retailers and suppliers from across the globe to support them in achieving climate, nature and equity commitments through embedding ESG into decision-making processes such as governance, risk and performance management, as well as disclosure. 

Before joining Redefining Value, Katia led the development of capacity building programs for businesses on how to measure and value natural capital as part of the We Value Nature Campaign, an EU-funded project. Katia brings positive energy and strategic thinking to catalyze dialogue for effective change processes at individual, organizational and sectoral levels. She has engaged more than 500 companies through the capacity building programs and supported more than 400 organizations on their strategies to influence the private sector. 

Katia holds an MA in Socio-Economics from the University of Geneva and a BA in Social Sciences.
