Geneva, 29 June: As the world’s attention focuses on the need for a sustainable recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, the circular economy represents a critical opportunity to sustainably reboot our economies – in a way that also helps fight the climate and nature crises.
The virtual WCEFonline event is part of the World Circular Economy Forum and will bring together circular change-makers from around the world to show practical circular economy examples that will help us to seize this unique opportunity to rebuild our economies stronger, greener and better.
More specifically, the virtual WCEFonline event will showcase practical circular economy examples to help seize this unique opportunity to rebuild our economies stronger, greener and better. Throughout six independent sessions with keynotes speeches, panel discussions and networking opportunities, WCEFonline will enable the circular community from all over the world to participate in the discussions.
The WBCSD session will be held on 29 September @ 14.00 CET on ‘COVID’s consequences on companies’ circularity’. We are aiming for an honest discussion about these consequences and how business is stepping up by using the circular economy as a tool to become more resilient and prosperous in a post-COVID economy.
