Participants undertake a comprehensive one-year training with three in-person week-long modules, conducted in collaboration with ESADE, Yale and the National University of Singapore (NUS). Between modules, participants take part in coaching activities and a cross-mentorship process with C-suite executives. Upon program completion, participants receive certificates from Yale, ESADE and NUS.
