“Joining the cohort of the WBCSD LEAP program has been a tremendous opportunity for me: to receive interesting training with great teachers on sustainable development and gender balance issues, to get to know myself better through mentoring and development tools, and beyond everything else, to meet diverse, promising, and wonderful women from different countries and companies… and feeling like a team! Congratulations to the WBCSD for this initiative and the highest quality of the program. Should you have the possibility to follow the program, do not hesitate one second.”

— Camille Bonenfant

Jeanneney Managing Director, ENGIE Renewable Gas Europe

“The WBCSD Leadership Program is a great concrete step into deepening the necessary knowledge for emerging leaders when it comes to sustainable development, organisational purpose and the challenges concerning ESG. In an inspiring year participants furthermore build a relevant cross-sectional network and gain insights required to move their respective organisations forward to the next level on sustainability related topics. All in all highly recommended.”

— Bas Rüter

Global Head Food System Transition, Rabobank

“It has been a pleasure to be part of the WBCSD LEAP Cohort 3 program. The content of the program is immensely relevant in empowering woman leaders to take on challenges in the face of global volatility and trends. What I find to be particularly insightful is the opportunity for our diverse group of 49 women from 29 countries to exchange stories and learn from our collective experiences. The thoughtful sharing from various cultures has broadened my understanding and offered fresh perspectives for me to continue to learn and grow. This has been a priceless experience and has helped my confidence since. Whenever I’m in doubt, I can still reach out to my 48 sisters around the world, my coach and mentor within this fellowship we have formed in this program!”

— Azureen Azita Abdullah

General Manager, Downstream Digital & Innovation, PETRONAS

“One of the biggest challenges companies face today is bridging the disconnect between stated sustainability commitments and actual strategies being implemented. The WBCSD Leadership Program, rather than being a learning program focused solely on sustainability concepts, offers a unique way of viewing business management, innovation, marketing, and other concepts through the lens of sustainability. On top of the formal sessions, I’ve had the chance to build a fantastic network of professionals, and learn about how each employs unique approaches to solving sustainability issues across industries.”

— Dana T. Uson

Corporate Strategy Associate, Ayala Corporation

“[WBCSD’s risk management simulation] provided a valuable opportunity to explore risk management from various perspectives. It allowed us to grapple with the challenges of shaping our company's sustainability strategy and understand its profound impact on our company's future. The game effectively integrated sustainability principles with critical business decision-making, and it was a great lesson to learn how to collaborate with various stakeholders. The insightful and practical simulation was a valuable experience during our in-house training for high-potential leaders.”

— Mari Wada

"Bolton engaged the WBCSD to design a thought-leadership program for its Group Leadership Team and Board. It has been a path rich of insights and fruitful conversations, focused on scenarios evolution, governance models, risk management systems and sustainability skills for talents. We grew together with a honest and deep knowledge sharing process and bringing our executives at the same level of understanding of current ESG trends.”
