Our program is not just about education; it is a movement towards an equitable green transformation, fostering inclusive growth and sustainable development. 

Developed and delivered in partnership with ESADE, Yale School of Management and the National University of Singapore, the program features world renowned faculty to guide participants through the latest in sustainable business practices, general management, and cutting-edge strategies to provide profitable solutions for people and planet. The Leap Program also explores leadership development, personal growth and equips participants with not only a personal mentor from a participating company but also a professional coach from ESADE Business School to unleash their true potential and amplify their influence as leaders in their field.
