The One Planet Business for Biodiversity (OP2B) enables collaboration and action across progressive businesses committed to investing in the resilience of their supply chains to protect, regenerate and restore biodiversity by scaling up the deployment of regenerative agriculture. OP2B catalyzes the transformation of agricultural models, benefiting farming communities, building resilience in value chains and protecting, restoring and regenerating nature by triggering collective action in strategic landscapes, serving as blueprints to be replicated around the world.

OP2B’s five-year progress report examines efforts by 19 value chain actors of the 26 members of the coalition, since its inception at the UN Climate Action Summit in 2019. With $3.6 billion invested and 300,000 farmers engaged, the coalition has impacted 3.9 million hectares. By 2030, our members’ collective goal is to implement regenerative agricultural practices on 12.5 million hectares of land – an area roughly the size of England.
