Susan Sutherland

Senior Director, Business Transformation

Internal processes have been built for a much smaller organisation and the growth as resulted in new processes being developed from the ground up to manage and control such a rapid growth, at times without a focus on efficiency. My role as Senior Business Transformation Director and setting up the BT4I program is aimed at addressing this directly.

An accomplished, driven senior executive with 30 years background in client success, change management and business transformation delivery.

Susan has a flexible mind-set, is energetic and passionate yet grounded. She combines strong management principals with a range of methodologies to deliver client successes on time with a strategic, pragmatic, people and values led approach.

Wealth of industry knowledge, multi-cultural and multi-business model experience with significant Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT background. Proven ability to lead and develop teams to deliver efficiently on plan whilst utilising standard tool kits and lean processes. Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and deliver against performance targets.

Having been both a supplier and recipient of IT change-related services and programs in a wide variety of environments Susan offers a unique combination of commercial, technical and change management expertise.

Studied CIMA and BA Business Studies with Honors in Financial Management. Completed various leadership / management programs over the years.
